Icelandair Lounge - Reykjavik Island

10/10 great time here. two separate time blocks remained on the island. the service was very friendly and helpful. the rooms were super clean and cute. the rooms Ocean-side views were so sweet and overlooked a ship restoration service that was beautiful, daily updates about how they do all this. in front of the accommodation is: gym, hairdresser salon, restaurant, bar, breakfast buffet, lobby games, library, jazz room, family rooms, climbing wall and lounge areas. all these reviews to their own while they are too foot to leave town, eat and shop. would recommend this to all visitors.

You don't know what to expect looking at the hotel from the outside. It looks nice but a little basic. It's probably just the understated aesthetic. Inside, it's quite cool. This ended up being a great choice. We loved the hip, laid-back vibe, the library, the staff, and our room. The location is pretty good, too. Recommend!

I had a delightful experience at this hotel located in a charming area just outside of Reykjavik, right by the sea. The design is unique, as it used to be a lacquer factory that has been rebuilt. The decor is quirky and colorful. The breakfast was excellent and the staff was very friendly and personable. Elena at the reception deserves a special mention for her great sense of humor and helpful attitude. Thank you, Elena!

We had an excellent dining experience at this restaurant. The service was great and the staff made sure that I, despite having autism and finding restaurants overwhelming, felt happy and comfortable throughout our meals. Their attention to detail and customer care really impressed me. We will definitely be returning in the future.

I had a wonderful experience at this restaurant. The service was excellent and I enjoyed the atmosphere of both the bar and the restaurant. The room was comfortable, although I did find the street noise to be a bit bothersome. I recommend upgrading to a water side room if you are sensitive to noise. The location is a bit far from the city center, but there are plenty of restaurants, food shops, and free parking nearby.
