Blister's Bbq - Rexburg

The food is always amazing! Everyone who’s had it knows that. We especially like the pulled pork sandwich and brisket fries. But the staff, today especially, was wonderful! The cashier was so kind, and tried to get me the very last of the brisket for my fries. As I wasn’t expecting there to be any left, it was a pleasant and kind gesture. Even if the co-worker informed us that there wasn’t any left. When I received my food, previously mentioned co-worker had a brief and happy conversation with me, while bagging my food. I also appreciated that the cashier laughed at my jokes. Overall, with yummy food and wonderful service, my day when from good to great. Thank you!

Parking: It is in the gas station. My husband was especially excited about the scones, western scones not British ones.

Blisters has great quality meats with lots of flavor. The loaded fries are amazing! They do run out a lot so go early! Portions are great for the price! Customer service is always good. I'm always greeted with a smile! it is fairly low cost which is very helpful on a college budget.

Amazing food! Blister's had some the best BBQ in Rexberg Idaho. This would be a must visit for anyone that loves BBQ foods. Also the scones with honey butter will melt in your mouth.
