Excellent ambiance, good services, prices are resonable however and sadly the pastries were not fresh, even thought i asked and of course the services lies.

The most AMAZING Black Forest Cakes of all time! I’ve been going there for it’s got to be close to 40 years. I started going to the other location first! Amazing work, great people, you always feel welcome! Outstanding!

Omg i ordered a strawberry shortcake and when i ordered i asked that there be whipped cream on the outside of the cake. Well not many there can understand english so when i picked it up on whipped cream on top. So Abby said to me it’s another $15.00 is that what i want, sassy mouth, i said ya. While i wait some other lady Caterina came in and said oh i’m sorry it’s another $5.00. So I lost it. As a curtesy they should have never charged me that extra $5. Horrible customer service. I’m a local but never go there again. His prices are outrageous anyways Tripoli in NAndover is better worth the ride.

I Bought cannoli’s at 4 each which are not cheap. Only to find out the middle was empty on all of them. I thought maybe just the one time but again the same thing another time every place wants to cut down and take away more from us but it’s time we speak up They make the cannolis look full from the stuffed ends and is deceiving because u think they are full. I hope they stop this and realize it’s ripping off the customer. I paid for it and I didn’t get it for free.. At 4 each they are not cheap. A waste of to me. I did notice most my guest who ate them noticed it as well. beware
