Sutton Place Revelstoke Mountain Resort

We stay here every year as a getaway. We have always had amazing experiences here, this time was a bit different. The hotel was packed full of children, we stay for the weekend made multiple attempts to go to the pool, it was jammed packed with screaming, splashing yelling children with barely any parent supervision. It’s a bit of a shame there’s no adult hours to people to enjoy the pool hot tub or stricter rules with the amount of people in a pool area at a time. Our room was wonderful, but there was dust under the fire place, old food in the bathroom garbage can under the bag. After our long trip we were starving wanted a couple drinks to relax, we attempted to go to the Rockford Grill, we had 20 mins before last call to order a quick appy a couple drink, we were ignored ended up having to drive into town to get food because we were not served or even greeted by any servers. I think next year we will come at a time when there is way less people

I used to love this hotel. Went once a year before covid. I have to say, the tone of management has certainly changed and the place does not have the same vibe, despite significantly higher prices. So more for less.

Hotel was great but service was 1 star if that upon checking into our room after driving 10 hours and putting our things away we found a soiled pair of shorts in the drawer “picture included” I brought them down to desk and they offered to refund my “30$ resort” fee that I was not advised about, also to make matters worse resort was closed down the next day due to smoke and the hotel did not advise us at all about it! Would not recommend Sutton place revelstoke to anyone.

The only hotel to stay in while visiting Revelstoke, the staff are friendly and helpful the hotel is modern and very comfortable.I have not stayed in a hotel in Revelstoke that is of the qualityof the Sutton.When in Vancouver we mostly stay at the Sutton also because of the consistent quality.

Amazing location. Staff friendly and helpful with everything. Rooms well appointed and bed really comfortable. Lift having an issue which created delays as accomodation booked out. Pool and hot bath AWESOME but noise from pool area every evening was a bit annoying.
