Asados Bar la Fe - Retiro

The menu of the day is 8,000 COP (around 3.45 US) and includes a soup, drink, meat, rice and salad. I had the beef and my wife had chicken - the beef (and her chicken) was very tender and moist. The drink was a corn drink with milk called mazorica and was filling in itself. The soup was plantain soup with eggs and it was delicious. The service is quick and friendly, the location is great and they take credit cards.

We go to this place often for lunch - amazing deal - 8,000 COP (about $3.40 US) gives you a juice, meat (choice of beef, fish, chicken, pork), rice, salad and a side of red cabbage. The food comes out within 5 minutes and the place is clean and organized plus they take credit cards. Beers (Pilsen) are 2500 COP (about a dollar) and ice cold. The view is of the street (like most places) but it is a very nice and clean environment.
