This restaurant, as they like to call themselves, has terrible service. They're bringing the whole chain down.

I recently ordered a Mexicana pizza and Chicken Fettucini with Pollo Funghi pasta from this restaurant. Unfortunately, the food arrived late, as has been a common occurrence with this restaurant. The pizza was subpar, and the pasta was even worse - it was dry with no cream sauce and the chicken pieces were very small. When I tried to address the issue with the restaurant, I received no response or understanding. They refused to provide a refund and suggested that I should have consumed the food instead of storing it in my fridge after only eating 80% of it. Despite being a longtime customer of over 10 years, this will be my last time using this restaurant.

Over the past 10 years, we have celebrated every family birthday at La Porchetta. The staff has always been amazing, the customer service top-notch, and the food quality superb. The restaurant was always bustling with many customers. However, during our recent visit for a birthday dinner, we immediately noticed the sticky, unwashed floor. Despite this warning sign, we decided to stay. To our surprise, there were only 2 other patrons in the entire restaurant besides our family. The waitress had difficulty understanding English and our order had to be repeated several times. When the food finally arrived, the chips were soggy and cold, the children's meals were served last, and the pasta sauce tasted canned. The cheesy garlic bread even had a long black hair in it, which we brought to the waitress's attention. Unfortunately, she did not apologize or offer a replacement. After serving the cake, multiple guests found oily substances on the plates. When we raised these issues with management, they laughed, rolled their eyes, and dismissed our concerns. Despite being offered coffee as a gesture of goodwill, we were hesitant to accept due to the cleanliness standards we had witnessed. The manager's response that they had other customers to serve was confusing, considering there were only a few patrons in the restaurant that night. The disrespectful behavior of the staff towards our complaints, especially after spending over $520, was unacceptable. We will not be returning to La Porchetta and will be cautioning others about the low standards of this establishment.

The waitress did not speak English well and we had to repeat our order three times. It took 15 minutes for our drinks to arrive at the table, even though there were only four other people in the restaurant. We ordered the Salmon Pizza, which was supposed to come with onions, capers, and various herbs. However, when it arrived, it only had salmon on top. After sending it back, it came back to the table in about two minutes with an excessive amount of capers and a half raw onion chopped on top. It was a disappointing and unacceptable experience.
