Kfc - Reservoir

I must say that this KFC is one of the best I have been to. I have never encountered any problems or issues here. The food is always fresh and cooked really well. The customer service is also top-notch, with all the staff being friendly and always smiling. In contrast to other KFC locations I have visited, which were horrible and disgusting with staff who lacked any customer service experience, Reservoir KFC is a real gem. If you want a good KFC experience with no issues, I highly recommend going to Reservoir.

Compared to other nearby KFCs, this store was neat and clean. The service was definitely quick. We decided to try the crunchy zinger bowl for the first time and found it delicious. It was a nice addition to the menu. We also ordered a zinger box, although I'm not a fan of KFC's burgers, it was alright overall.

This is one of the worst franchises service-wise. It’s no wonder,given the way they churn through staff. Almost never have some items and ask to wait in the car park and then no one shows up. Once waited for almost 15 mins and when I went in to collect, wasn’t even offered a sincere apology. Just handed the bag like ‘oops’. Service: Take out Food: 4 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3

The 1.25L Pepsi Max was a refreshing accompaniment, enhancing the overall dining experience. The Zinger Slider Stacker was a standout, packed with juicy chicken, zingy sauce, and fresh toppings. The Zinger Chipster was a unique addition that added a delightful crunch and burst of flavor. The Double Chocolate Mousse dessert was a rich and indulgent sweet ending to the meal. The service at KFC Reservoir's Drive-Thru was commendable, with friendly staff and prompt delivery of orders. Overall, I highly recommend trying KFC Reservoir's Drive-Thru for a tasty and convenient meal with a wide variety of delicious options catering to different tastes and preferences.
