Changsha - Republic

We had brunch in the Republic. The hostess is friendly and speaks English. We ordered **** Mary, eggs Benedict, cold cut plate and waffles. The wafer plate was amazing, fluffy and light. One of the best waffles I've ever had. The eggs Benedikt was good, not especially. The served only 2 small pieces of bread with the cold cut plate. We had to ask for more bread. You have a beautiful view of the city. We waited longer than usual for our plates/drinks, even if nobody else was in the restaurant. All in all, the mood is pleasant. A must in Tbilisi.

Amazing view, food was delicious, not so many options. I ordered a steak that was delicious, the only thing was that they put the paprika souce on that I can't eat pepper.

Very good food served here. The burger was delicious, and the desserts are fantastic. Service is really extra. Not cheap, but it is worth a special occasion

This restaurant has amazing views and location, it is definately one of the best, also I want a very attentive staff, so great! On the other side menu is a little expensive and with small selection of dishes. For example, I would like to have Khachapuri there

Perfect chief, delicious aged ribeye steak, aged salmon steak.
