The inside was a very special experience. A furious mix of styles with white cylinders recorded on the ceiling, 16th century tables as wallpaper and a large ultramodern orange lamp as eye chetch, filled with lights. The food couldn't convince. Remarkable taste combinations, some of the dishes were well executed, by the way. The wine card showed a lot of wine that was about their ideal drinking moment, maybe they have covid to do, but this needs to get better. The hotel rooms were fine, here, and some dates, but they're very comfortable.
Pleasure to find the didier goiffon kitchen! After the marelle à peronnas, the huchette is the restaurant that must be discovered. Wonderful for taste buds, impeccable service in this exceptional place!

J'ai principalement testé ce restaurant pour le petit-déjeuner après avoir passé la nuit dans l'hôtel attenant. Le service était discret et courtois, les espaces communs très mignons et bien décorés, avec une atmosphère excellente. Le menu proposé pour le petit-déjeuner était varié, copieux et surtout de très haute qualité.. tout était excellent, que ce soit produit par eux-mêmes ou provenant de producteurs locaux.. le yaourt, les desserts, le gâteau aux pommes fantastique..... Le pain et les pâtisseries étaient excellents.. vraiment tout était bon et de très bonne qualité!
