Thai 1 Pho Cafe - Renton

This restaurant was great. Was there last night! The Pho with brisket was amazing! They are open late for dine in (till midnight on Sunday...unheard of! have gluten free options. Super friendly service super cute inside. So happy we found this restaurant we will return! Thanks Sago!

First timers here. The place is clean and neat. Waiters were friendly. It’s located in a plaza so there’s enough parking. Right away what I love about this restaurant is their large menu. Almost all the Vietnamese foods I can think of are in it! The calimari was good, a little too flat and chewy and the portion size could be more. The pho was great, lots of flavor. The rice dish was lacking a bit of flavor, probably wouldn’t recommend that dish. The fish clay pot was good, lots of flavor!

The Vietnamese food at this restaurant is incredibly tasty! It's one of the most beautiful Vietnamese restaurants I've ever been to. I had the Hue Spicy Beef, and it was amazing. I absolutely loved it!

I highly recommend trying the following dishes: the snails with green onions, the quail appetizer, and the intestine appetizer. The Yong Chow Fried Rice here doesn't exactly match the traditional Chinese dish; it's decent but might deserve a different name. Overall, the food is excellent and offers great value based on what I’ve sampled so far.

I felt a bit anxious at first because there appeared to be a graduation party or karaoke event taking place, leading to no available seats or servers. However, we eventually got seated, and I ordered some drinks. I found that I couldn’t taste any alcohol in my drink, so I called a waiter over to inquire about it. He assured me there was alcohol in the drink, but I insisted that I couldn’t taste it. To my surprise, he returned with the entire bottle to refill my drink!
