Subway - Rensselaer

My friend and I come here once and for a while, our favorite employee by far is the man named Adam, he is very happy and helpful. Today, 04/13/21, we visited for our usual subs that we receive, but unfortunately we couldn't get them, probably only because of the two employees. It was a girl with brown curly hair, and a boatload of make-up, and who I suspect to be her more important one, the boy who somehow evacuates into the back room than we are in the building. We could see from the outside, they were very close and spoke, but when we came in and they separated and began to work. It seemed as if they had done nothing at all because the only available bread was white and wheat. When I asked what I wanted, I said my favorite bread and got an anxious answer from: "I only have some in the baker, you have to wait." She said that before you cook a bread in the machine, I would at least accept. The girl who served us only got a worse attitude than our simple sandwich was made. She continued to roll her eyes and to become very tedious with us for no reason. When I paid, I said thank you, a good day, and she just looked at me and said, okay you see. We are not those who leave legitimate complaints or bad reviews, but after today I think there should be retraining for certain employees. Not to rule out that she cheats, that's all after I leave a 15% tip, it was little over a dollar. If I'm honest, she's lucky I even left one.

I ordered the pickup lately so I can stop and grab the food while I work. It's really comfortable. You always made my sandwich in time and I had no problems.
