The Parlor - Reno

We had Kayla as our server and she was fantastic! The food was excellent and she constantly made sure we had everything we needed and checked in on us to see how we were doing. I would definitely recommend this place, 10/10! Food: 5/5.

I work overnight so the parlor is usually my go to spot since it’s 24hrs. The drinks are great and the food is actually delicious. The only thing lacking has been customer service. It’s been getting worse every time we come. I will no longer come back after my last experience. Bartender Johnny was in a horrible mood and wasn’t afraid to show it. He threw our silverware on the table and it hit me in the hand (I thought it was an accident until he threw our menus off the table when our food arrived). He was very annoyed with us if we asked questions or didn’t order right away. I don’t need an overly friendly server but I don’t want to feel like I’m not welcome. Very disappointed considering how good the food is.

This neighborhood bar and grill is fantastic. The burgers, sides, and dressings (especially the homemade blue cheese and ranch) are top-notch. I was pleasantly surprised by their reasonable prices for top shelf Bourbon, and they also had a good variety to choose from. Overall, I give the food a perfect 5 out of 5 rating.

1st time walking into this place after good recommendations from friends and yea it was great. Nice and clean, good collection of music instead of just one random stream of pop music, and that's a big thing for me since it's a bar not a middle school dance party. I ordered the cowboy ribeye steak medium rare and oh boy did they deliver and it was cooked to perfection, it started off with a salad with a really good ranch dressing, and I couldn't finish it fast enough before the star of the show appeared before me looking nice and juicy topped with about 5 onion rings and surrounded with some delectable veggies on the side and mashed potatoes as a great base and equalizer of the entire dish. I've only been there once but I plan on returning and trying the rest of the menu since it was such a delight and the pomegranate drink I had was amazing so also great for drinks just to wind down.
