Bidrage med feedbackAfter I was ordering online for the Schmiedridge location, I went to pick up the order. there were three employees and another patron. the hour behind the register had a hard time to find their internal entrance, but their coworkers could easily put their hands on my order in the refrigerator with only my name. I was asked for my online reception. I told them my handy is in the car. They shared that it was politics when they " experienced theft. I picked up my phone and when the app order receipt was presented to the cash desk on my phone, she asked where the order number was. I said that I didn't know where the order number was displayed and the cashier said ma 'am they don't have to be rude and gone. okay, I'm the most far away from being rude and was as polite as I'm trying with my now 10 minutes to get lunch that was already paid. at this point I was done and asked for a refund. No one moved and looked at me like I spoke another. I went out, called Subway company number and was welcomed by a message that all customer service is now online for better and faster service. remain away from this location, unless they want to be provided the worst customer service experience!
This subway has to be the stingiest one in the whole city. You order a topping and get the absolute bare minimum of it that they can get away with. I ask for olives and got like 8 olive pieces and when I asked for more they gave me like 3 more olive pieces ?. Never coming to this one again.
Great experience however prices have doubled since covid to about 10$ a ft long but friendly staff and clean envirement.
This subway is so much better service and everything than the Sparks one! ? Always open on time, bread fresh, and great service..I now always go to this Reno one...
Tasty, healthful sandwich for under $6. Friendly service.Can be very crowded with long line.
