Bidrage med feedbackWe went to dinner and because the restaurant was booked for the evening, we sat at the bar. Sara, the bar was so professional and made our evening. She gave us exceptional service, was a real pleasure to visit with, even spent time with us. The food was delicious, but Sara was the icing on the cake! Thanks for letting you look exceptional service! I can't sing praise enough!
The food is not so good that I should say, but it's just my opinion others, then the server was nice and food is fast
Romanza is an extravaganza! The surroundings: Elegant, but funny. There are 3 huge nude statues of Bacchus/Dionysus and 2 women turn in the middle of the room? The ceiling changes the colors while you dinate, which is why photos look dark/white here. There are Greek boiler-like torches that ignite with real flames? It was a pleasant surprise to go and during the meal. Experience: We had two very friendly and attentive servers that brought 3 types of bread and some cheesy, crispy bread sticks in a basket with some butters, olive oil and Balsamico vinegar. Very good. We had a lot of time to order and we were not rushed. The staff was patient and made us welcome. Finally, we chose the Sea bass $50), the Langoustine and Shrimp Scampi $45) and my own dish, the Osso Buco [veal] $48. The Osso Buco was a real winner. Gold medal! The meat was so delicate that I could cut it with a fork, the polnta was creamy with a touch of intermittent grits, and the severity brought it together. It looked like someone put flowers on my food with tweezers. That's what I'm talking about! I ate everything, every flower, every pot of fat forgings from the bone, and every drop of smooth polnta. The court never slept. There has been a healthy part of the fleshy pleasure. The sea bass was delivered as a thick serving of seared crisp with a lady-sized part of shrimp risotto below. I was impressed by the amount of shrimp in the Risotto. The Risotto was a little spicy, bursting with seafood taste, and is best eaten while hot. After about 20 minutes, a lot of liquid in the risotto began to separate from the mixture and made it a little watery. This dish is still a great recommendation, but must be eaten in less than 20 minutes for maximum enjoyment. Finally, the Langoustine was good because it tastes like capers and shrimps and this typical pasta thing goes on with seafood, but it hasn't really impressed compared to the others? So, 1 Spirit Bowls Vein dish, 1 large seafood dish, and 1 better than olive garden level pasta dish. The culinary journey ended with 3 delicious raspberry chocolates and our check delivered fast, but at the very right time. We also got some almonds with sharp towels to clean our hands. Definitely a must!
We sat at the bar and it was such a treat. The bartender Sarah took care of us. Yeah, the food was so luxurious. My husband swallowed the chicken marsala. I loved the Burata salad and had the spicy Broccolini. (Best broccolini I ever had) We finished our meal with a canoli. Perfect evening.
Beautiful decor, lighting was good. For sure 5 stars! FOOD! Fabulous fresh made, pasta is perfect cooked. Seafood is fresh. I was treated like I was royalty, servers were spot on, very attentive and prompt. It's a super special place for a date night. Wine list is top knotch along with some very unique Italian takes on your favorite cocktails. The bread basket served was filled with 4 different breads and delicious breadsticks. Not an inexpensive place. But well worth it,and truly fine dining. Servings were generous, and salads served in cold plates. The desert menu looked great! Just had no room for it! Light music is played for your enjoyment. Not a loud place, but not super quiet either. Our table was beautifully set! Enjoy!
