Num Num Boba - Reno

There is no real menu, they have pics of things that looks nice, but you do not even know the name...

The mochi are too big for the straw, so you end up sucking down the whole drink trying to get to the boba at the bottom. ?When you finally do get to them, they're a choking hazard cause you've got to suck pretty hard to get one.

Staff was very nice, run by very polite teenagers and young people. Having a friendly open mindset when you come here is essential, don't come here if you're going to Karen out. The main server was kind enough to explain the process of ordering as they have a large menu to choose from. She also was polite in offering alternatives to flavors they don't offer and completely willing to make alterations for customer comfort.Boba itself was very refreshing and quickly made, which surprised me. I got a mango sweet rice tea with mango popper Boba. Very nice. Right amount of sweet.Seems like a good little place to venture to if you're a high schooler or if you're coming from the BBQ place a few doors down.

I enjoy the drinks they make here and we do come often, at least weekly. Service was a 4 just because sometimes the servers, depending on who helps you are either real nice and friendly or just blah.
