Moo Dang - Reno

Read mixed reviews on google and yelp. Ends after the order to go and we were very impressed. The pad looks ew and drunk noodles were delicious! The noodles used were perfect. Also got some appetizers and the yellow curry. We were very happy with everything we ordered. I highly recommend Moo Dang if you are Thai!

Was in the area and wanted to try something new. I haven't had Thai food since I left Vegas in March 2022. It was pretty busy since it was Hot August Nights. I waited 30 minutes to get out. I bought a shirt. I love the game on Wu-Tang. I had crabs Rangoon and Housepad Thai. This was the BEST Pad Thai I had in my life!!! The house Pad Thai has chickens and shrimps! No extra charge. With protein. Usually you have to pay extra for it. We're fabulous. They don't tip the filling. Do you see the green onion and crabs???????? highly recommended. Will return WOW

I researched so many Thai places in Reno and Moo Dang had great reviews so we really wanted to try and see what the hype was about. We tried 3 items: Fish Balls Deep fried battered fish balls served with peanut sauce. Rating 3/5 Green Curry I was amazed with the taste of Green Curry. It?s a very unique coconut milk based dish with bell peppers, eggplant, bamboo and basil. Also ordered side of Jasmine rice with it. Rating 5/5 Pork Drunken Noodles hot spicy stir fried pork noodle with delicious taste of chili, garlic, onion, bell pepper and basil. The perfect combination. You get to pick your choice of meat. We did the pork. Rating 5/5 I usually eat medium hot spicy food. We did a 3 star for spice but that was quite hot for me. So if you don?t eat too spicy, don?t go with 2 or above. Really want to try the Moo Dang Soup next time. If you love Thai food, definitely stop by here.

I save 5 stars for all vegan restaurants, but the vegan options in Moo Dang were definitely 5 stars! We have made the Panang Curry, basil fried rice, padthai, mango sticky rice and the Thai ice tea, all vegan! The woman who took our order was very attractive and knowledgeable, and very friendly and friendly. I'd definitely go back.

Moo Dang, along with Thai Lotus, is the best Thai food in Reno! Enjoyable experience around: pleasant ambience, friendly service, great tasting. Update: July '22; I'm sorry, Moo Dang, but you really dropped the ball. In just three short months you have become pedestrian with bad service and mediocre food. Wow, what a drop.
