Mi Casa Too - Reno

We've dined at Micasa and later, Micasa Too, since the mid-seventies, and it has always been more than satisfying. The purists will argue that the meals are not authentic Mexican. I could care less because the meals are always delicious, and consistently so. Micasa Too will always be our best choice

Wonderful friendly staff. Made us feel like regulars. The food was served hot and delicious. They have the largest selection of tequila I have seen.

My chili relleno was bizarrely sour. My enchilada was lackluster. And both were masked with gobs of cheddar cheese to hide the low quality. The salsa is runny puree which was also kind of sour. This restaurant is a hard pass.

Still the best Mexican in Reno. Chicken enchiladas and a couple shots of Don Julio made for exceptional dinner.

My wife and I have been coming here since we started dating almost 39 years ago. The food is fantastic. You won’t take any home even though you’re stuffed because it’s just so good! This is our favorite Mexican Food restaurant.
