Mcdonald's - Reno

The interior space feels dirty. Using the computer to order was simple but it took too long to get our food and it was cold. We have used the drive thru with greater success but the app and less staff make it an unfriendly experience.

Food was good, fries were fresh, icecream machines working! Yay!Service one star because I had to wait 5 minutes AT the window before the lady even acknowledged we were there then another 3 before she took my card.

I really enjoy their double cheeseburger with extra onions and no pickle and of course their fries. The best deal is using the app and buying 1 double cheeseburger and getting the second one free. Heats up in a microwave just fine. Service is pretty good at this location.

Before you leave this location, check your food. I ordered two Sausage Mc Muffins and they both had no cheese and I was not told they were out of cheese. Why pay these people $20+ an hour for garbage service. Mc Donald's in Reno and Sparks need to step it up. What a joke. Give your money to a business that wont keep the cheese like Burger King or Jack in a Box; at least their food looks like the stupid picture.

I called and he said i get not b words than you even though i am gay.All i asked was for the grimace shake.
