Bidrage med feedbackNot bad, but not over the top. I got the large mango smoothie and it was... ok. My girl got the apple. It wasn't Dutch Brothers but she said it was just ok also. There was a staff of four but noone greeted us as we walked in. They all looked liked zombie'sor really stoned. Lol. Don't really care about that but a little more effort on the customer service, eh? Summary: yes, we'd goback for the $8.00 large smoothie, but only if we were in the area.
I believe it's premature for the restaurant to close at 6 PM due to staffing shortages. Upon arriving at the front door, I saw two employees standing at the counter chatting instead of attending to tasks. It's frustrating that they decided to close early citing staff shortages when it didn't appear that way.
Although there was a lengthy wait, the service was exceptionally friendly. The drink was refreshing on a hot day, though it was somewhat expensive. They have a great selection of drinks and food.
Upon arriving, I didn't feel particularly welcomed, and while we waited to place our order, the staff continued their conversation amongst themselves. I observed that the cashier had long nails and jewelry, which seems unprofessional for a food establishment. I would also recommend that the staff tie their hair back to prevent any loose strands from getting into our smoothies. Moreover, I wasn't even asked if I was a loyalty member eligible for points. I had higher expectations for Jamba Juice.
My experience at the restaurant was enjoyable and uncomplicated. They managed food allergies extremely well and with great professionalism.
