They were a hot mess this morning. Very slow and stressed out staff.

Best Chai Latte I ever had. Very friendly staff. They are working on reducing waste from coffee cups, so have your beverage in-house!

Super disappointed in this location. I absolutely love the midtown location, so I was excited to try out this location. I ordered a veggie burrito. There was charred bits all in the inside contents of the burrito (eggs, potato’s, veggies) like they didn’t clean the grill before they cooked it. So it tasted very burnt, even though the tortilla was crisped to Perfection. Was disappointed because I’ve worked in the food industry, and that could very well be cross contaminating (from meat to a vegetarian meal) but also, just gross. Better just stick to coffee next time.On a better note, Really cool inside atmosphere inside this location!

Coffeebar part deux.. no dogs allowed anywhere at My Rose , but they are allowed on the Patio at the McCarren location. Great!! Oh wait I’ve been standing here for almost 2 minutes.. the 2 baristas are laughing and have a good old time.. glad you enjoy your job, but still not 1 person has acknowledged me, wait here comes someone walking towards me , oh no she’s just dropping off a to go item, walks past me twice didn’t say hi, we will be right with you, or even make eye contact.. ..Owners seem not to care as long as the masses line up for their coffee who cares. we’reStill making money. Couldn’t tell you how their coffee is at this point could care less but I will bad mouth it to every person I talk to

My salad was not made with all the ingredients and I paid extra for avocado and they didn’t even give me any. Service was not that great.
