Chipotle Mexican Grill - Reno

No tortillas??? This is a burrito place that specializes in burritos! I ended up getting a steak bowl, which was alright, but a burrito would have been much better. I'm definitely disappointed.

The rest of the staff did nothing to assist while more customers lined up behind me, and not a single one was acknowledged. Instead of helping out, they just stood around on their phones, fiddling with the music and pretending to clean the counters over and over again. When my order finally came out, it was cold and dry. Checking out was a slow process with a new employee who also received no support from anyone. Overall, it was just a really frustrating experience.

It seems the manager needs to improve their inventory management, as this isn't the first time I've encountered shortages. On a separate occasion, just three days before a planned work meeting, we were told they couldn't accommodate an order for ten people. They suggested we could try placing an online order on the day of the meeting, but they couldn't guarantee that they would have everything we wanted. The whole point of visiting early was to allow for proper planning. In the end, we chose to order from a different restaurant for our meeting.

Friday 11:35am. They were out of lettuce, the ice machine was broken, the employee did not know how to use the app for redeeming points for food or how to get the scanner up for rewards. To me the ice machine is understandable. The under trained employee and lack of supply ordering is a failure by the manager.

Great experience from start to finish. Customer service exemplary, the leader was on top of getting food replenished and was personable, professional, and didn?t rush me so I remembered to ask for fajita veggies. The young man who rung me up was friendly and professional and made direct eye contact. Everyone working looked relaxed and on top of their jobs. The food was fresh and tasty, the restaurant was clean (including bathroom , the portions were perfect, and there?s a nice outdoor area to eat. Top three Chipotle I?ve ever been to. Thanks everyone :
