California Pizza Kitchen - Reno

I'm not sure why there are some negative reviews because my husband and I loved this place! The service was excellent, the food was delicious, and we even ordered drinks — my Bloody Mary was absolutely outstanding. I found the prices to be reasonable, and the overall vibe was fantastic.

Maybe I was just really hungry, or perhaps I was in great company, or maybe my low expectations due to the restaurant's low ratings played a part... but I truly enjoyed the food! The Mexican corn was outstanding. They even had a cauliflower crust option that turned out to be quite good (check out the pizza image I added). And I absolutely loved the recommended dessert—a butter cake whose name I can't recall (image included).

I had the best experience I've ever had at a CPK! The manager was incredible; she shared information about the resort and local activities. She was very friendly and even cracked some jokes. She ensured that every dish met high standards and was visible helping out in the kitchen when they got busy. I highly recommend visiting!
