Bistro 7 - Reno

Always a very nice experience at Bistro 7. Staff is warm and friendly, service is timely and attentive. The food is consistently good dishes like the cedar plank salmon and the bison bolognese are reliable standards. Nice bar scene, happy hour and good selection of domestic wines.

Always a good choice when dining with our vegetarian/vegan friends. They find plenty to share. The spinach mushroom pasta was a hit. The market salad is always innovative and by adding salmon I get my protein fix plus enough for next day lunch. Sarah always makes us all feel at home. In fact the entire staff treats all of us like family. Great food and excellent service.

Nice place to dine and wine. My husband and I celebrated our wedding anniversary here and was NOT disappointed! There’s a bar area on one side and on the other side are tables. Nice and welcoming ambience perfect for dates or dinner with the fam.?Parking: Lots of free parking in the lot.

We really like this place. Outside of the expansive wine offerings, the food is always excellent. Being a creature of habit I usually get the bison bolognese as my go to dish because it never disappoints. I will also get their wood fired pizza. My wife usually gets one of the fish dishes especially when salmon is on the menu. Tonight she ordered the fish tacos which she thoroughly enjoyed. I have no problem recommending this restaurant.

The Beet Salad with added salmon is always a great summer go to, paired with a Rombaurer chardonnay. The Red snapper special that my husband ordered also good, I got one taste; so obviously he liked it. I do want to comment on fantastic fish and chips of a few weeks back Bistro version is not the typical, but maybe that was why they were so special. Deep fried Halibut cheeks, with a huge serving of thick perfectly fried potato chunks. Hope it becomes a standard. Always great service by Sarah and the entire wait staff. Always a pleasant dining experience.
