Arby's - Reno

I ordered a French dip combo and of course I get home and there's no french fries with my combo.. so I go in the next day to get me another combo and told the manager about it. That i didn't get my fries with it my order She got a little snotty but not realbad. but she did say next time call us. And walked away. Well you know I shouldn't have to worry about that. I should have toldher well next time make sure the fries are in the bag.. but the food was fresh everything was good and I give a four starrating.. except for the manager's attitude.. I was very polite about the whole thing..

Antonio the supervisor/Manager is fantastic. We drive from Damonte Ranch to frequent this Arbys. As hard as it is to find good people these days, Antonio has his team working like a well oiled machine.

I asked for no cheese on my bark, but instead they gave me all the cheese and no red ranch. hear them just a little better eating at this place is good though! fries are always crispy crispy

Fast friendly service. Awesome deals. Two original beef sandwiches for $6. At other Arby's they don't have the deal and they're 4.99 per sandwich. My wife really likes to Cajun wrap. Say hello to Joe if he's there.
