Prezzo - Renfrewshire

First visit. Delicious lunch with excellent service. Food was piping hot, very tasty and presented well. Emma deserves a special mention. She looked after us very well, very pleasant and chatty. Thank you.

Been going here for a fairly long time going back a few years since it was at Silverburn and now situated at Braehead . Pretty disappointed upon our recent visit . Pasta bowls reduced in size drastically and had 3 bits of chicken in it (which we paid extra for) . The pizza was the same, ordered the posh pepperoni which used to come on a large oblong wooden board and is now served as a small round pizza and again with reduced toppings; for £16.50 for the pizza alone I found this very disappointing. Soft drinks expensive and overall it all felt lacking in the portion sizes quantity department . This is a shame as the food was still really tasty. I don’t think we will be back this time round and will likely try some of the other restaurants around that are doing similar deals food . I understand times are hard for everyone Prezzo including the smaller businesses but this will lose you valuable time served customers like myself who can hardly afford to feed myself and two kids as it is .

It started well. We were seated promptly by a helpful staff member. I then had to ask to give our order after waiting a while. Starter came okay, however I feel if I didn't ask for my daughter's pizza we would still be waiting, although I am still waiting for my glass of water. The pizza was cheap, not a good base and clearly cheap pepperoni. Don't even get me started on the sauce that accompanied the arancini. We asked for the bill quickly. What was even worse was when visiting the toilet is was a disgrace with excrement on the floor. We will not be back. Please up your game as this is unacceptable.

We ordered a pepperoni pizza and a chicken Caesar salad. The salad came, looked lovely but the poached egg was freezing so, as covered in cold yolk, had to get a replacement. The lovely manager came and advised I wouldn't be charged for the salad and apologized. Lovely! The replacement came and while the egg was now warm, it was hard. There was barely any parmesan and 4 small bits of chicken. The bread with this version was also halved! I can only think that because I wasn't to pay for it they quartered the salad size. The chicken was overdone and barely warm. Wondered if they rescued it from the first one? Anyway, I certainly would have refused to pay almost £14 for it. So disappointed as the first salad looked fantastic. 3 stars as the pizza was nice and the staff, very understaffed, but were lovely. I won't be returning

Visited for lunch. Service was very good. Had pasta dish which was lovely. Would visit again. Nice to see restaurant busy.
