Chillies - Renfrewshire

Just picked up an order part of which included a grill box which contained meat that was not even luke warm. Phoned to inform them they claimed unbelievably that it wasn't cold and was offered replacement donner meat? This isn't acceptable when you are ordering £30 worth of food to be told that some of the meat would be delivered later were we expected to eat it separately later. Everything was binned. Regular customer lost and won't use again. Terrible service.

Been using chillies for years used to be the best take away in Renfrew but the last twice I have had a meal from them the food was not good pakora was soggy the oil needs to be changed more often food was cold being too busy it not always good .Will not be back I think I will try somewhere else .Renfrew is not any good for take away food tried them all .

Food cold when delivered. No apology given they offered to replace but would take 45 minutes which was no use to us. Never order again as no excuse for cold food as live quite near

Ordered a delivery via their own app. During this process you are required to select a delivery slot in order to proceed to payment. This evening the delivery slot came and went, 20minutes after this I called the takeaway who advised it should go out “soon”. This isn’t the first time I’ve experienced this with this shop. It seems like they cannot effectively manage their workload to meet the expectations they have set for themselves. The result is disappointed customers.

I'm an executive chef. This food is fantastic . Best food prep, cooked to perfection. Full of flavour and quality. Very clean place. Hygiene is spot on. You won't go anywhere else.
