Subway - Reisterstown

It was absolutely beautiful. The service was fantastic, and the servers were incredibly friendly.

There's a sandwich artist named Bobby at this Subway, and she is fantastic! She really brightens my day with her friendly and pleasant demeanor. I wasn't a big fan of this Subway at first, but after meeting Bobby and visiting a bit more often, I've come to appreciate it. She always makes my sandwich just the way I like it!

I had an awful experience at what is usually a decent restaurant. The manager shifted the blame onto me for some app errors, took my money, and did not offer any compensation for the inconvenience caused by Subway. I am deeply disappointed. Update (2/2/19): I still have not received a refund for the $24 that was taken.
