Very delicious regional cuisine, came here the first day and then again because it was so great!

Good house. Hausmacher Sülze with roast potatoes and salad dressing as well as remoulade sauce was on the whole tasteful and visually good. Star fruit and orange should not have been.The second dish we had chosen was the pork steak with spices and cheeses baked.Here was qualitatively still air up. Cheese very well tanned. Pig steak from the back was also very delicate. The sausage meat had a consistency and taste that reminds me of canned sausage meat from Halberstadt. salad dressing a strip mix of radiicco, leaf salads, carrot and cucumber, paprika and tomato cubes. Saladdressing did not meet the expectations of a good Vinaigrette.The service was very professional and very friendly.As a whole good appreciation with smaller improvements, so we can really recommend this house, even with regard to the price/performance ratio.
