Very good cuisine, the 2 stars are totally deserved! Very nice place to spend a night there. Only small flat the service we were disappointed with the service.. for a 2-star ask to have red with the meat we had taken a bottle of white finished at the time of the arrival of the meat and wait for more than 10min with the plate in front either and an empty glass that is medium in the end we had to eat and had after our glass. Very disappointed with that

We are instantly subjugated by the beauty of the dishes. We quickly think of miniature paintings arranged with elegance in a plate. Taste and textures awaken your taste buds. We excite each bite. The products are of first quality: foie gras cream, carabinero shrimp, St Pierre, St Jacques, big langoustine, Omble Chevalier, caviar Osciètre, white truffle, Iberian pork, Wagyu grade 5A beef of Miyazaki, just exceptional. Chef Tanaka comes in the room to bring the final touch by drizzling juices, squirting sauces or grating truffle shavings. He is very friendly and reserved. His humility and modesty shows his desire to achieve perfection by developing modern and inventive cuisine. His team is unbelievable, from the brigade to the servers, to a young sommelier who offers a mets and wines agreement allowing us to discover new varieties and young talents. A big bravo in this sleek, quiet place where time stopped. Everything is gathered to talk about great culinary art. An absolute shot of CŒUR.
