Monterrey Mexican - Reidsville

Food was great as always. Our server did a good job even though he had a group of about 20 and other tables at the same time.

Good food at this chain. Waiter was particularly rude when I ordered food and never bothered to check in on us. Had to ask another waitress for the check and a box. Significant crowding around the hostess station. Our waiter was playing on his phone the whole time.

When we walked in we noticed that the plant was scrupulously clean always a good start. The service is fast and friendly. My tea glass stayed full and the waiter didn't have to be reminded it was unsweet. I chose the Speedy Gonzalez (usually safe bet in a place you don't know) and it came out promptly, exactly as described on the menu. All in all, good, solid, southwest fare.

It's honestly really fallen down hill food is so bland you could have fooled me into thinking it was from a TV dinner I don't know how it got this bad I order fajitas chihuahua and it's a dish that's usually packed to the brim with flavor but it's the most bland I've ever had a meal I've had oatmeal with more flavor and in all honesty the food used to be good they really need to get the old chef back or if it's the same chef he needs extra training because in all honesty cold mcdonalds would have been a more enjoyable meal and that's just sad it's been gradual decline but dear lord has it hit rock bottom.

Was at work on a blood drive for The Blood Connection and decided to stop and get food, the three taco BIRRIA I had was sooooooooo good. It was the first time I tried it and I must say everything was seasoned and cooked so well. Will be returning next time I’m in the area
