Bidrage med feedbackMy husband and I stopped for gluten free subs while out today. I have Celiac and suffer extreme reactions to gluten. While preparing our subs a trainee started using the regular mayo. The other employees immediately stopped her. One, the manager? (He seemed really young) walked her through the process of making a gluten free sub safely, stressing the importance of not cross contaminating. It is so difficult to find a safe place to eat out gluten free. If I wasn't already a fan, the care shown today would have made me one. Thank you all, so much.
