I am allergic to caffeine so I ordered decaffeinated-coffee yesterday. they just totally ignored. The coffee was not decaffeinated, my heart kept beating fast and I couldn’t fall asleep until 4am. Hope they could hire some more capable person that are able to do basic reading.?

Wow this morning at 9:14 am, I went through drive thru to get my coffee and supresenly the manager of the store serve me with the worse attitude. This was a very rude person, she slammed the machine when i asked her if she used it for my points. The owner of this store needs to be aware and can't have someone with this attitude be a manager as she is not capable of been a leader. What is she going to teach the workers there? To slammed machines and throw food at people. I wish I could go in person to talk to the owner. Also check the cameras she might be doing this all the time, maybe you aren't aware of this.I will not allowed my staff to treat any of my customers like that.Best of luck to the owner and hope you make the right decision.

Dont know how you run out of buns at 2pm in the afternoon. Uw is next door and full of students

Worst experience ever at tim hortons. The staff is very unprofessional. I ordered a mocha iced capp which always comes with generous amount of whip cream on top and chocolate syrup but the staff didn't put any whip cream on top. When, i asked staff to add whip cream on it, he aggressively grabbed the cups and after adding whip cream told me that whip cream costs additional. Would never visit that tim Hortons again.
