Red Lobster - Regina

I have never been to a Red Lobster and I was excited to try their seafood dishesIt was the shrimp and lobsterfest when I went on Canada Day.

The food was really great, as alwaysHowever, we had disappointing serviceWe had to ask twice before the biscuits were brought out.

You know there’s no quality control in the kitchen when the only thing at par was the side. Steak was exceptionally dry and tough. Such a disappointing experience, you could see the server try, however, the food is the biggest disappointment.

Excellent place to eat if you're craving seafood while land-locked in the prairies. Service was excellent despite large tables of teams in the restaurant, food was delivered piping hot and as ordered, can't ask for more!

Experience...Not good. Had to wait for an hour before food was served. Ordered medium rare steak, got a well-done one instead (see picture), lacked flavor too! The lady who attended to us apologized for the delay in serving our food which was good, but then said initially that the bill will be on the house because of the delay as per the manager, only to return and say that it wasn't and a discount will be given instead. Proper communication needs to be better. Lobster tasted great though esp the sauce, I have to give credit to that. I like the ambiance of the place. But overall, not a very good dine-in experience.
