Prairie Donair - Regina

Got donairs and a rice bowls .. chicken was done properly .. donair .. no garlic sauce. Very ordinary food for the price paid.

It used to be best but these days it’s gross. Not going back again. I spent almost but food was gross. Rice were sticky and chicken was hard . I used to go there every day but it getting worst.

I was craving a good donair and the location next to my hotel was already closed so I went a little further. I ordered the traditional east coast donair. The guy cut it off the spindle and heated it up. Unfortunately, the spindle wasn’t heating...the meat. So instead of the thin long slices, the meat was cut off in large chunks and chopped into little square chunks. The flavour was not good, there was very little meat on the large donair I ordered. Not very much lettuce or cheese. I couldn’t tell that there was any cheese at all. Certainly not the strips I am used to. There was very little sweet sauce either. Overall, the worst donair I’ve ever eaten. I definitely would not recommend this restaurant.

Dewdney avenue location. Went there for pitas East Coast and Greek. Excellent service. Fast, friendly and generous portions. Restaurant was clean and conveniently located across from Pasqua Hospital!

Very tasty, great portions, friendly staff. My first Donair restaurant visit in Regina and it was very rewarding. Flavorful large beef and lamb donairs with double meat and veggies, cheese and varied sauces with a large fountain drink came to with tax. Might be...a bit expensive for some (and I know Saskatoon has the same for approx. cheaper). But a really satisfying experience.
