Pizza Hut Regina

Ordered Delivery and was impressed with how quick the order was delivered and piping hot!! Pizzas were fantastic (Medium: Chicken Ceasar, Pepperoni Lovers, Canadian) so good that I came on here to write a review!

Placed an online order. When my husband went to pick it up, there were several people working at the front but nobody would acknowledge him. He eventually left and we canceled the order.

I'm a big fan of Pizza Hut, had it for years. But the last 2 times, the pizzas were undercooked. Still tasted ok, but the crust was on the doughy side. The boneless chicken bites were great, but could have used a little more sauce. The Bacon chicken Alfredo melt was really good. I just hope they'll slow down their oven a bit an let the pizza cook a little longer.

This location used to be our go-to however our last 3 experiences have left me not wanting to go back. First negative experience was when the website was down for payment so I called my order in and it was going to be over $20 more than the online price, after some discussion they adjusted some of the cost but it was still more than what it was to order online. Our last two orders were nothing but soggy pizzas missing toppings and cheese in portions of the pie and the pizza cookie was almost always burnt. Not worth the price for the quality you get.
