Magpies Kitchen - Regina

This is a small restaurant but it is big on taste and friendliness. We enjoyed the homemade soup and salad selection. The coffee is very good and goes well with the delicious baked goods including cinnamon buns.

Magpies is a favourite place of my mom's so I wanted to check it out. It's a nice place to grab coffee and delicious food. The staff was polite and the food was so good. Would definitely come here for coffee with friends as it's not that loud and set up for good conversations.

I have reviewed Magpies previously based on my coffee/baking experience but had never had the opportunity to go for lunch.Recently I took a friend for her birthday and it was lovely. Very fresh home cooked food. They always have a couple of sandwiches, a couple of salads (the wild rice salad is to die for) and soup available.They also have a large array of baking which is excellent.Service is specular and it really is a hidden gem lunch spot!

This is a gem. Everything is homemade like Grandma made. Out of this world cinnamon buns and scones. Stay for lunch. Tasty and seasoned. This kitchen knows what its doing.

Expect to feel like you're at home here. The owners are an absolute delight! Today was my first time coming here, and I was enchanted by the lovely conversation I had with one of the owners. We chatted for several minutes before I ordered - I felt more like I was talking to an old friend than feeling like a customer. The presentation of my coffee was fantastic. My latte came with a small cookie, just like how it is in many places in Europe. Brought me back to my traveling days. Love it here!
