Fresh on Hamilton - Regina

I went to this restaurant with my friend for a quick lunch. The service was quick and the food was great. It was difficult to decide between the candy apples and cupcakes on the menu.

FoH was close to my hotel and found the food/coffee good for the price. Seemed a bit weird that they don't have wifi.

I stumbled upon this charming coffee shop while walking by and decided to stop in for breakfast. The 'fajita egg sandwich' I ordered was fresh and delicious, filled with peppers, tomatoes, and cheese. The coffee was great and the cupcakes were very fresh (plus, they were giving out free mini cupcakes for their 1st anniversary). I highly recommend this place!

Went there for lunch a few times and it is delicious and great service! I especially love the polished concrete floors that add luxury and trendy appeal to the atmosphere.

The little sibling to Fresh Sweet! A nice stop if your looking for a bit of sweetness in your day or just need a cup of coffee. They can be pretty busy during the lunch hour. However, I highly recommend them for their croissant breakfast sandwiches and treats. Otherwise, you might have better luck going to the larger location.
