More brutal burger when I asked for cheese, never got to be forced to typing because I paid by debit, which is even more brutal! they stay away as they think they need to tap the tip if they didn't even try the burger. terrible service the female at the till was extremely rude! the only nice person was the man who gave me my burger. never again. gold mile fat burger needs an extreme makeover

In the night of the 28th we came through the jump to get some wings here. I got my best and went home. there was a problem with the order. the dame at the switch (hardeep was very understanding and apologised for the error. I listened to my problem and went ahead and found what I wanted. great customer service experience and eating was also good. will come back if I want a few wings!

This restaurant is a fantastic spot to relax and enjoy freshly prepared meals. They don't use frozen food, so everything is made with care. The service is excellent, and I had a wonderful experience overall.

I don't even know where to begin. I remember when the original owner started Fatburger 3-4 years ago. Since the new owners took over and with the impacts of COVID-19, I hadn't been back until recently. The bathrooms were a mess, with the thinnest toilet paper and watered-down soap (especially concerning with COVID and other illnesses). The mini donuts were overcooked and drenched in watery caramel sauce that tasted cheap. Our meal for three people ended up costing $72, which made me wonder, how long does it take to make that much money? The burgers were mediocre at best. When I tried to address these issues with the manager, they didn't take responsibility and argued with me. Overall, my experience at Fatburger was a huge letdown and I hope the manager sees this review, as I promised them a negative one.

The food at this restaurant is delicious, but the service is absolutely awful. It is run by incompetent staff members who lack motivation and the desire to please customers. I placed my order and had to wait in disgust as they prepared two orders that came in after mine. Despite tipping well, I will not be coming back to this restaurant.
