The service is totally unsympathetic, and food terrible even when it is cheap for Swiss standards. There is a kids area that hasn't been clean or taken care of, for a long time. The only things to remark, they were quite fast on preparing the menu
We had a reservation at 8:15 p.m. and went to the restaurant on an empty stomach. When we got there, we first saw tables with dirty dishes and nothing had been cleared away. Then (probably) the boss came up to me and my companion and told us that there was no more pizza, only “all you can eat” PASTA with 4 types. The restaurant probably knew beforehand that there would be no more pizza and I think they could have called and let them know. First and last time. It was also the shortest restaurant visit of my life (20 minutes). Even though the boss apologized, I think they should have reacted beforehand because we made a special reservation and accepted the journey. A pity.
I find it so disrespectful how the owner wrote to Valentina when a customer complains about the service, she apologizes! Customer is king, what's the point of how Chan does it? Restaurant I've been a regular customer for over 5 years in the EU! But that's no good at all... CUSTOMER is a king and I've already experienced that all the good pizzas are there when we're ready and the service goes to the same table 50 times!!!!!!!! And if you have a long name as an employee or boss, you can do it well and don't write any nonsense!
Pizza was good, but too cold, as she used too long. another fanta was just forgotten.
