Pompei Pizza Factory - Reese

Yesterday, my partner and I dined at this restaurant, and it turned out to be one of the worst culinary experiences I've ever had. We ordered dinner and wings, but for the price of over $15.00, I certainly didn't expect to receive such a small serving of French fries (just a handful). The waitress was quite disappointing—she was monotone and didn't smile once. When I mentioned that my sauce was cold, her response was that everything comes from a large container. She seemed irritated when I specifically requested a different sauce. As for the wings, they were tiny. We've ordered from this place before, but something has definitely changed. Prices have gone up, and the quality of the food has decreased. Overall, the service was quite poor.

The perch were disappointingly small—only seven pieces. Given that we paid over $15, I certainly didn't appreciate just a plate of French fries accompanying it. The waitress's service was lackluster; she spoke in a monotone voice and didn't smile once. When I mentioned that my tartar sauce tasted like sour cream, she simply said, "It all comes out of a big tub," and seemed annoyed that I had asked for it. My husband's wings were also small. We used to frequent this place regularly, but I can't help but wonder what has changed. The prices have increased, while the quality of food and service has declined significantly. Overall, it was a very disappointing experience.
