Bidrage med feedbackI have felt that the service at RWC has been poor for many years, but today I hit my limit of tolerable. I don't know why the meat department doesn't use numbers to determine who is next. Two customers were helped before me even though I arrived before them waited for the customer before me to finish. I even moved up to the glass stood exactly where my items were located. This place is so time consuming just trying to find help or get around unattended workers' carts. And the link to make a comment to corporate isn't complete. It should be as follow:wholefoodsmarket.com/cus…And they assume that they provide good service:Please call our Customer Care team at 1-844-WFM-TALK , and we'll happily share your feedback with the appropriate leadership so that team member (or team members) can get the kudos they deserve. After searching on the website, it seems that Whole Foods is very inefficient. While I am on my tangent, this place is the worst if you are short. So many times items are on the top shelf nobody is around to help. I grew up in TX even went to college in Austin. I think I will stick to shopping WF only when I visit TX.
I 'm so disappointed and so done with this whole foods location! I have been shopping here for over 10 years and the last couple of years everything has gotten worse, I guess ever since Amazon took over. Not only are the lines ridiculously long, which I at first I contributed to lack of staff due to Covid. Now it 's not just the lines that are ridiculous, but the shelves are repeatedly empty. The other day I went to the meat counter and there was no ground beef and the butcher (who was rude btw) told me the grinder was broken, so I was like OK I 'll get some chicken. Well, the whole chicken counter had about three packages left. I asked an Employee what is going on?! His answer was. oh my boss forgot to place the order for chicken I mean, really?! Whole Foods used to be the only store I shopped at, and now it 's become my very occasional store to shop. Step it up Bezos!!
Store rating: Fine, decent, large Whole Foods on El Camino Real. Parking a little odd as it forces you to turn on Jefferson St, no entrance or exit from El Camino Itself. Lighting is very bright and selection seems normal although I have only been here few times. Customer Service: Poor! Two incidents in one short shopping trip last night. First , I was trying to locate where the store had the fresh prepared deli meals, like the ones in the fridge to pick up and microwave at home. One young man said they don 't think they have them at all, and went back to stocking, the other one led me around to the freezer meals. I described again what I need and then he seemed a little irritated by me saying Guess he was right, we dont have that and shrugged and said have a good night Guess what, after couple mins of aisle walking I found them myself. Second incident, I don 't often shop at Whole Foods so I am not that familiar with scanning my Amazon Prime Code at the register. I asked the cashier (middle aged short lady with gray hair) where can I scan my code? She seemed instantly annoyed and said How about the yellow lettering right in front of you that says SCAN HERE? Try that. . That made me feel even more flustered because I felt embarrased, and I still couldnt find it. Seeing that I was still searching she said Its the only thing around you that says in big yellow letters SCAN HERE without taking any step to point or guide me. At that point I felt so embarrased I said nevermind to scanning at all. Whats going on with the employees at this location???
Inside of the store is not very organized and clean. Cashier wasn't very pleasant either. I don't think I will go back there again.
Prices are a little high, but selection is good. Not too long of a wait. Great thing about Whole Foods is that they take Amazon returns. You do pay a little more, but you know the food has been vetted for quality. Hot food is excellent for a quick bite- again a little more on the expensive side, but excellent quality for a grocery store.
