Eat Club Office Lunch And Snack Delivery Services

Have you seen the show Catfish on MTV? Well, say no more because EAT club will catfish you with food!!! FOOD Despite plenty of options and extremely well taken photos, each dish that EAT club serves you will make you dread your life. Meat is dry and tasteless. The carb to protein proportion is so high, you're pretty much on a pure carb loading. Unless you order a salad, there's pretty much no veggies for any dish. This is an overall summary for dishes I've had every day for the past month or so. I only gotten it because my company uses EAT club as a lunch caterer. SERVICE The service is very typical. Not special or to rave about. The delivery team at EAT club is punctual and have a very organized delivery system. A well deserved 4 star for the execution on the delivery! ALL IN ALL, the service and execution is stellar while meals and dishes is extremely subpar.

Well... where do I begin: The online system is efficient and easy to use. The food arrives within the promised timeline and is easy to find in the racks. They have good chocolate chip cookies with their sandwiches and wraps. But the food is not good. It's either bland or incredibly salty. The quality is lacking and sometimes tastes like nothing that it is supposed to. For example the pad thai tastes like pasta....

Their system is set up well for corporate environments where they have on-time delivery but they need to partner with restaurants to actually have better food. Ridiculously expensive prices $16 for 2 pieces of smoked salmon and soggy crackers) and terrible tasting food served cold definitely makes this a much more costly alternative to just providing employees with food delivery credits.

My company used their service. I really like it, the food comes on time everyday, easy to check nutritional info, they have an app to choose. Just hope they have more options other than salad.

We tired Eat Club, Caviar, and Door dash. Here's the break down. Eat Club, we love you, you have the best system, always on time, but your food is not good. Partner up with better restaurant or have better cooks. You are the love hate relationship of food. Door dash, food is good if you can get here on time. We just had 80% of our means delivered to another office or they are 1-2 hours late. Lastly Caviar, good food. However, the unreliable out of all there. We have to call every time we make an order because they would always for get 1-2 person's lunch. Back to Eat Club. Like I said, get better food. You guys have the best chance at being the best in SF. My company pays for my meal, and I still don't want to order from Eat Club. That's how bad it is. If anyone is looking for lunch catering, keep looking for now.
