My husband and I stayed here over the weekend and had such a wonderful time. The service and people who work here made our time really special. Micheal and Moises who work at the bar really exceeded our expectations. Michael makes amazing drinks and has great customer service and Moises really made sure all our needs were met. Not to mention the food is amazing. Morgan who worked the front desk really went above and beyond for us, providing us with excellent customer service when we needed to change rooms and Justin helped me with my bags and luggage when changing rooms. He really was so kind and helpful. All these employees really made our weekend special. The views of the lagoon were beautiful! The rooms were exceptionally clean and we will definitely be back next time we are in the area! Thank you for such a great experience and training such an excellent staff.
Please save yourself sometime and stay somewhere else. Room smelled like cigarettes it had that nasty old hotel smell. I literally could not sleep all night from the bad odor.2nd Lu they charge my credit card and I been trying to contact them and is impossible to reach them. Don’t believe me trying calling the number and try speaking with a hotel representative and good luck. reservations answer but they couldn’t assist me)long story short DONT STAY HERE
They gave me an invoice at my checkout and my credit card was already charged. After I checked out they sent me again a different invoice (for the same days and same room) and charged my credit card again. So instead of arround 800 USD my stay was suddenly 1600 USD. No answer of E-Mails, no help via telephone. I cannot recommend this hotel. Literal thieves...
One of the worst hotels I have ever stayed at.Their customer service is atrocious.I booked online in advance. When I arrived, the guest services attendant told me they could not find my booking. I offered to provide my confirmation number and showed them my booking confirmation on my phone. Their response was that they changed systems recently so did not have my booking. The attendant paused and said nothing more. I then asked what they could do since I did book in advance. The attendant responded again saying they did not have my booking I said okay, well can I still stay here and they let me rebook. The attendant had a terrible attitude and was looking for me to provide a solution to their problem. Ridiculous.The following morning, by 930a my wife was woken up to loud drilling and pounding on the wall from then doing work in the room next to us. Couldn’t they have warned us or done this at a later time in the day? The same occurred at 11:30p at night.Later during our stay, I called guest services 10+ times in a row after sitting on hold, a call dropping, and getting hung up on by them. I was trying to request clean towels and a fresh bed duvet since they only gave us 2 towels and never serviced our room. I finally gave up and went down to the guest services desk in person.Their response was that they could not give us a fresh duvet and could only give us a clean sheet and blankets instead. WHUT. Ridiculous again did they run out of bedding?I will never stay here again.
