Naja's Place - Redondo Beach

With 80 beer taps, particularly showcasing brews from the West Coast, Najas is a must-visit spot every time I'm in Southern California. This no-frills watering hole is well-known for its impressive beer selection. You can kick back with a cold beer alongside friends, soak up some sunshine, or catch a game on one of their TVs. I always have a great time at Najas!

The management at this restaurant leaves much to be desired. While they offer a wide selection of beers, the attitude of the staff is disappointing. I was enjoying a beer while standing at the edge of the deck, which overlooks the water. Suddenly, a man in shabby clothes approached us and said we needed to move back inside. When we asked for clarification and who he was, he roughly snatched our drinks from our hands and threw them into the water. When I returned to the bar to request another beer, a woman informed me that he was the bar back. Given his appearance, I initially thought he was homeless. Ultimately, they insisted we leave and refused to refund our money.

If you know, you know. Sad dive bars like Naja become a rare thing in LA, but if you are in craft beer or local brewing scene, then you probably already know what's going on. Waterfront-ish (marina-front) Bable, where you can step back and observe how the world passes. Many different taps and snacks. Live music on a few nights. decent place to hang and drink a day and possibly see a nautical or pelican. The hotel is located next to Redondo Beach Pier, with the fish market and restaurants in just a few feet.

First off, we live here in the South Bay. Anywhere is great. But having a beer overlooking the boats in the harbor and seeing the sunset, is just incredible. The beer selection is great, something for everyone. The food was on target. I loved the ground beef quesadilla. I'm glad that Naja's Place is here. Awesome place to eat, drink good beer and talk about how much we love living in the South Bay!
