Great atmosphere, nice people, and of course, good coffee. Food: 5/5

I had the cortado. It wasn't too bad. A bit on the bitter side, but I am glad that it wasn't acidic at all.Atmosphere/vibe is clean, but feels kind of bare for some reason. Can't put my finger on it; not that it is undesirable.Parking is in the parking lot behind CVS.

Great place, one of the best coffee I’ve had in US for a long time, would have been five stars, but I’m used to eggs being fried or poached to me the richness of the egg yolk defines the sandwich, to get it scrambled or whatever, ruined the meal, the egg was bland, not well seasoned and tasted like the egg mixture you get in a bottle ?

Coffee: I've been here a few times, given a ton of drinks the benefit of the doubt but honestly its just not that good of coffee. It's like the coffee beans are old and not fresh anymore. I bought some once and made them with my french press at home and they turned out stale and odd.Atmosphere: hard to park for an at a difficult busy intersection.

The latte here is the best in the area IMO (and I've tried many of the other boutique places nearby).The price is reasonable too.Service is solid. I believe the owner works behind the counter most days (I've seen him a few times) super friendly and knowledgeable about all things coffee.
