Apple Teriyaki - Redmond

Couldn't dine in because there are too many knats everywhere especially in the restroom. The fried rice was pretty much bland soggy rice with meat and chicken. I don't recommend.

I have been a patron since they opened. I asked to sub chicken breast on a combo and was told no, I shared that I was happy to pay more, at which point I was yelled at saying no and they don't do custom orders. When I told her she has no reason to be rude, she hung up. As of today I will never give them my business again. There are better options in downtown Redmond, Yummy Teriyaki and Sunny Teriyaki, this was convenient but I will drive the 5 extra minutes for service and quality. I will be certain to share this experience.

I had a very disappointing experience at this restaurant today, especially with the owner, who was extremely rude. I visited for the first time with my elderly mother, and the chicken was cut into pieces that were too large for her to eat comfortably. When I politely requested a knife, I was met with an angry response, claiming that they had been cutting chicken the same way for the past 20 years and that they didn't use knives at all. The quality of the food doesn't justify such poor service, which made it feel overpriced. I would recommend choosing a different place to dine.

When I used to work nearby, I frequently visited this restaurant for lunch. It had been quite some time since my last visit, prior to the pandemic, and I was excited to take a friend there for lunch last week. However, the experience was disappointing. The tables were dirty, and when I brought this to the staff's attention, they became upset with me. The food was mediocre as well. Unfortunately, I won't be returning.
