The Prep Table - Redlands

Not exactly what I'd call quality but hey if you've got no other option.

Such good food and the specialty items like chocolate covered strawberries are so good! Fruits and veggies are incredibly fresh!

Rude clerk. She made a mistake on my order then stubbornly stood there refusing to correct the bill. It was like she needed to assign blame before moving on. There was a guy waiting behind me. I felt bad for him. Her rudeness/stubborness was a waste of my time and the guy behind me. Sign on the door says they are understaffed but there was just 3 kids standing around BSing and drinking soda when we came in (a couple was waiting at the counter not being served while the 3 people working here basically ignored them). Wait was too long for a sandwich.

I have used Prep Table for a few years now and was happy with there service, but lately their quality has been slipping. Yesterday I ordered my usual large order, when it was delivered they had replaced the potatoes I ordered with another type that I did not want, the guy kept trying to push them on us finally he relented and said he would be back tomorrow with the correct ones, we realized after he left that tomorrow was Wednesday and they are closed on that day so goodbye potatoes We also ordered a prep meal kit, they did not include the recipe I had to print it myself, they also did not give us the itemized receipt, to add insult to injury some of the fruit I ordered was inedible Sad it has come to this but I just don't think I can use there services again

Every time that I order from The Prep Table is a good day! The quality of their produce and all other ingredients is great! The produce lasts much longer than that you get at a grocery store! You can't go wrong with any of their meals either. You are sure to find something for everyone!In my last order there were a few items missed. I called and they delivered what was missing minutes later! Some of the best customer service in this industry! Also buying local and supporting local farms/businesses is a huge plus!!!
