Spaghetti Factory The Old - Redlands

Drinks and food was delicious. Children's meals are great portions. Children's meal was Spinat ravioli. Amazing fresh bread was brought immediately. Spaghetti and meat sauce with meatballs was delicious. Of course I love the house dressing for my salad. Can't go wrong.

Positive The factory itself looks in good condition and gives you a great feeling when eating. We sat within 5 minutes on arrival without reservation. You seem to offer a wide range of options for food. We sat in the trolley, very cool idea and we enjoyed the seat. Even if, in the trolley, we had very bad lighting to squint the point to see food or menu items. The seat on the wall seemed more comfortable. Eating runners and servers seemed friendly in nature. We received 2 old spaghetti factory cups, which were later used in the night for a large mixed cocktail. Negative *The host and waiter did not seem to enjoy their jobs. The waiter seemed to have little to no menu knowledge. *The Italian soda had a very syrupy taste and was mainly carbonic acid. * The same tomato sauce for garlic bread was also the same sauce for my chicken parmigiana. *We had thought that the sauce might have come from a can, the waiter confirmed that it came from a can. *I asked about coffee and the server told me that the coffee tastes like poop that he would not recommend it because he wanted us to have a great experience and that the coffee would ruin this experience for us. We didn't order coffee. Summary: This was my first experience in the Old Spaghetti Factory, the above statements are only for the review information. The setting was funny, though a bit arrogant (which was intentional, so take it with a grain of salt) The broccoli, butter and cheese starter was probably the best dish of the night. I ordered the famous baked lasagna, and the lasagna itself was perfect, but not amazing. Almost not Ricotta cheese, but a good amount of sausage and marinara sauce. But then they have another tomato sauce that was much too sweet for my taste. But the service was top-tier! Everyone was friendly and responsive and took care of us. If that sauce weren't overwhelmingly sweet.

The food was delicious. Get the cheese bread. Brieland our server was great, even offered to take our photo. The Italian ice cream was best for free. And the waiting time was only 10 seconds.

We walked right in and were seated with no waiting on a Saturday night. The waitresses were prompt and the food was good, this time I had the lasagna, my husband had the meatballs and spaghetti. I love that they give you ice cream at the end of the meal?. We had not been in since before the pandemic but we?re happy that we went.
