They changed their almond milk so the drink (strawberry with fresh milk) now separates. They used to use Silk almond milk which was no problem, but the new almond milk they use separates in the drink. Nonetheless, its still good.

Long wait time and staff is doing double the work. Employee scoops the boba and does the register while writing on cups. Customers are waiting a long time just to place and order. Not enough staff or good service.

Very good tasting boba and iced coffee. Staff are friendly and has good service. They also have nice ambiance in the store.

I love taro milk tea, i like it extra sweet since i enjoy more sweet things, the lychee as some texture and flavor. And the small boba makes its easier to drink and chew.

Ive been here many times and every time I get great customer service. Quick to make beverages and very kind when it comes to explaining anything.
