Olive Avenue Market - Redlands

Passed by this place many times and finally stopped by here for a nice lunch sitting outside after a little eBike ride around historic Redlands. It is well worth it to have a cold sandwich from here as they have many varieties that are premade daily and they are very good. This place also serves many varieties of coffees, teas pastries. They do a lot of business during lunch hours and can sell out of lots of their cold sandwiches. The outside seating is very shaded and relaxing. Service here is great and very friendly. Looking forward to stopping here more often in the future.

Absolutely love this place. If we lived closer we would be here every day. Sandwiches are amazing and coffee is delicious. Vegetarian options: Salads and veggie sandwiches Dietary restrictions: They have diabetic friendly options for my wife.

Tried to bring two friends from out of town to show this market off today and I was embarrassed. Do not come here on a Sunday I guess. All their cases were empty. Of the 30 or so sandwiches they offer there were like 3 to pick from and in total like 5 sandwiches in the entire case. There were no cookies or pastries in the entire dessert case and the few that were sitting there looked old. This was at the peak of lunch time 11:30am. I asked why the cases were empty and I was told they were short staffed. I don't understand how you can run a business or even open with no product or offerings??? Also the place is very dirty inside and out. People are off the weekend and make plans and expect stocked cases. I ended up having to apologize to my friends. I won't be back.

Yummm! Fresh ? healthy sandwiches ? delicious ? pastries coffee lattes in REDLANDS IN A CLASSIC SETTING IF YOU LIKE ARCHITECT HAS THE EARLY 1920S HOUSES SUR ROUNDING AREAS. HAVE A CUP OF JOE AND RELAX IN THE OUTSIDE PATIO RELAX AND ENJOY THE PEACE OF THIS AREA WITH THIS UNIQUE FIND THAT LOCALS HAVE BEEN ENJOYING FOR YEARS YOUR WELCOME ? ps they close early as they serve breakfast /lunch I believe 8:00- 2:00 afternoon so get there early

We all know that this place has a very good, very reasonably priced coffee, but I'm here to praise their sandwiches, scones, and cakes!If you're craving a more European-style sandwich, which is lighter but packed with flavour and good ingredients, THIS IS YOUR PLACE!My top 2 are: The Duke (chicken, tzatziki, lettuce, tomato, provolone on a crunchy, NOT soggy, baguette), and Terracina (buffalo mozzarella, sun dried tomato, fresh basil, olive oil and balsamic on herbed focaccia). I am salivating just thinking about those!If you feel like having something sweet, their cakes (NY cheesecake, carrot, lemon curd, apple) and scones are ah-mazing, too.I know that the sandwiches are made in-house, not sure where the pastries are from, but this place is a must!Sandwiches sell out fast, so be there before 10am ?Service is always top-notch.Not to sound cheap, but this is worth mentioning:This place will never push you for tips when you're paying. They have a modest jar for tips, and that's all.At the time of writing this review, they also have a sandwich card promo, where you collect some to get one free.Highly recommend!
